VisibilityKit is a family of three products for AI search. Intelligence shows how AI assistants answer questions about your brand and competitors, Crawler audits your website and verifies fixes, and Visibility Tracker measures the visitors and crawlers that AI sends to your site.
No. Each product works on its own and is priced on its own. Many teams start with the one that matches their most urgent question and add the others later.
Intelligence shows whether AI answers mention, recommend and cite you. Crawler makes sure AI crawlers can read the pages those answers should cite, and Tracker shows the crawler visits and the people who click through. Together they tell you where you are being lost and whether a change helped.
Yes. Intelligence has a free plan, Crawler has a free tier, and Tracker has a free plan for one site. None of them needs a card to start.
Yes. Intelligence supports multi-brand workspaces, client viewers and white-label reports, Crawler keeps a workspace per client and exports branded action plans, and Tracker has an Agency plan for many client sites.
How AI assistants answer the questions your buyers ask. Each answer is checked for three separate signals: whether your brand is mentioned, whether it is recommended, and whether your site is cited as a source. Perplexity, ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews are measured on their own, paid plans add Claude, and Gemini is available as an add-on.
Intelligence builds a balanced set of buyer questions from your category, your audience and your competitors. On the Marketer plan you can also write your own question sets.
Yes. Every answer and every cited source is kept, so you can open any result and read exactly what the assistant said and which pages it relied on.
Competitor gaps and share of voice by topic, and an action plan ranked by impact, confidence and effort, so you know what to change first.
Solo tracks one brand with curated questions on a monthly cadence. Marketer tracks one brand at full depth: custom question sets, competitor answer share, source intelligence, a configurable cadence and a team workspace. Agency is for teams managing several client brands, with white-label reports, client viewers and one consolidated invoice; it is scoped with our team.
Yes. The Free plan tracks one brand with a small set of questions and needs no card. Upgrade when you want more questions, competitors or a faster cadence.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
Intelligence measures what AI says about you. Crawler checks whether AI crawlers can read your site, and Tracker counts the AI crawler visits and the visitors AI answers send you. They are separate products, priced separately.
Mostly you would not, at first. Run both. Crawler wins on three things: your AI client can drive a real crawl through a first-class MCP server, it computes actual PageRank on your link graph, and it tracks each fix through to a verified re-check. Screaming Frog still has more individual checks and a more mature CLI.
The build for your platform: a universal macOS app for Apple Silicon and Intel, signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple; a signed 64-bit Windows installer; or a Linux AppImage, with a .deb for Debian and Ubuntu. Auto-updates are cryptographically signed and verified against a key embedded in the app before anything installs.
Onto your own disk. We run no crawl server and cannot see your crawls. The only data that leaves your machine is what an integration you configured needs: a Google API call, or a prompt to the AI provider whose key you entered.
No. It is the complete audit, Action Center and verification loop, including the MCP server, with no time limit and no account. Paid tiers add JavaScript rendering, integrations, crawl history, scheduling, exports and client reporting.
You buy inside the app, which opens a LemonSqueezy checkout. The licence is bound to one machine. Moving to a new Mac currently means deactivating on the old one, which releases the local token. Tell us if you are stuck and we will sort it out.
Any LLM or AI client where an MCP server can be connected and invoked. The server ships with the app, so there is nothing separate to install or keep running.
Yes, with a Marketer licence and a local Chrome or Chromium. Rendering uses a bounded hydration delay rather than waiting for guaranteed network idle, and a failed render is recorded as a failure rather than counted as a successful rendered check.
No. It finds issues, helps you prioritise and assign them, and verifies the result after your team ships the change. It does not edit your site.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. An audit describes conditions on your website. Whether an AI assistant cites or recommends you has to be measured separately. That is what VisibilityKit Intelligence does.
Not today. The desktop scheduler runs while Crawler is open, so leave it running for scheduled work.
Yes. The download button detects your operating system and serves the matching build: macOS, Windows or Linux. The other platforms are linked right under it, and every build comes from the same signed release pipeline.
Tracker reports AI assistants as their own traffic source instead of mixing them into referrals, and it records AI crawler visits, which other analytics tools never see. It is also a single lightweight script with first-party cookies and an optional consent mode.
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, DeepSeek, Grok, Meta AI, Mistral, You.com, Poe, Phind and more. New assistants are added as they appear.
Crawlers from OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Meta, DuckDuckGo, Mistral, ByteDance and Common Crawl, covering both training and live-answer visits. The list is kept up to date as new crawlers appear.
Only for AI crawler visits. Pageviews, visitors, referrers, AI referrals and custom events all come from the script tag. Crawlers do not run scripts, so they are recorded by a short connection on your hosting or server; the setup page walks you through it.
No. The script is tiny and loads in the background, so it does not hold up your pages.
Yes. Client-side route changes are counted as pageviews automatically.
It uses first-party cookies only and does not store IP addresses. For sites that need consent before any cookie is set, consent mode sends nothing until the visitor agrees. Whether you need a banner depends on your setup; we do not give legal advice.
There is a free plan for one site that stays free within its limits, with every core AI report included. Paid plans add more sites, larger human-event and AI-crawler allowances and longer history, billed monthly; extra sites can be added to any paid plan. Current prices are listed under Pricing.
Intelligence measures how AI assistants answer questions about your brand. Tracker measures what happens on your own site: the visitors those answers send and the crawlers that read your pages. They are separate products.
